Return Period:

You can return a product within 7 days if unsatisfied. We do not have an exchange policy. If you wish to exchange a product, you must request a return and place a new order depending on the availability of the product you are looking for.
Return Process:
- Initiate a return request through our website.
- Upon submission of the return request, our team will review it, and a return pick-up will be arranged.
- The return pick-up service will be attempted twice. For non-serviceable PIN codes, you will be responsible for self-shipping the product back to our warehouse.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, a coupon code will be generated and sent to your registered phone number.
Return Pick-Up Fee:
- A flat fee of 150 rupees will be charged for the return pick-up service, which will be deducted from the coupon code's value.
Important Points to Remember:
- During the sale period, a Credit Note for the purchase amount, valid for 1 month, will be issued.
- We do not have a refund policy.
- We do not have an exchange policy. If you wish to exchange a product, you must request a return and place a new order.
- The coupon code generated for your return is valid for 3 months from the issue date.
- All items to be returned must be unused, and all tags should be intact. Failure to do so will result in the coupon not being generated.
- The rupees 150 return pick-up fee will be deducted from the product's value. Other fees like cash on delivery charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you fail to raise a request to exchange the product within 1 week of the delivery then you will have to ship the product back to us and we will generate a coupon code deducting Rs.300/- from the entire amount.
The Credit Note will be valid for 3 months.

- Please remember that any store credit points you receive need to be redeemed within three months from the date of issuance.
- Kindly be aware that the store credit provided is applicable for a single use only. You can redeem it once towards a purchase on our platform. Make sure to utilize the entire credit amount in one transaction, as any remaining balance cannot be carried forward.
- Please note that for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional charges may apply. These charges are non-refundable, even in the event of a return or exchange of the product
-We would like to clarify that we only accept returns for the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the product you received is defective or damaged, you can initiate a return.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return.
- Wrong size: The customer is eligible for a return if they have received an incorrect size that does not match their order.eg (if you have ordered a size S and have received a size M)
Please note:
-To facilitate the product exchange and return process, kindly return the item in the same manner it was initially delivered to you. Once we receive the product, we will conduct a quality check to ensure it's in suitable condition before proceeding with the next steps of the procedure.
-Please ensure that the product remains unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, or alterations and that all original tags are still attached. This is essential to pass our quality check. If any of the mentioned conditions are not met, the same product will be returned to you. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
-Please make sure to send the product back to us within 7 working days.
-The whole process can take up to 15 days.
